    Our first time here. I exactly was looking at and interested in Chronic Fries on Google to only find out they are all in one. So, we choose the Bird Pack to share. It was more than enough to feed this family of four! Even the kids enjoyed all the food..Are sides were waffles, fries, and Mac-n-cheese. It was delicious and we still have leftovers

    Urban Bird exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a casual night out. What really made the experience unforgettable was the service. David was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His genuine hospitality truly elevated our visit.     I came in to visit a friend of mine from New Braunfels. We were coming back from Galveston and decided to try Urban Bird (Webster location). To be honest I wasn’t expecting much due to the time we stopped in. (1am) But to my surprise. The place was clean, attentive and welcoming staff and hands down the sandwich was spot on. I was blown away by the taste and quality. The staff made the experience as well. My hat goes off the Mark Abii, Zack, and Armani. I’m glad you have locations opening up in the San Antonio area so I can get my fix. Ohhh try all the different flavor lemonades as well!!!!

He’s the Michelangelo of hospitality. David didn’t just greet me with a smile—he greeted me like an old friend who was genuinely thrilled to see me again. His charisma, professionalism, and attentiveness were off the charts. And I’m not exaggerating when I say this: it felt like I was the only person in the entire place. He made me feel seen, heard, and valued from start to finish. His knowledge of the menu? Impeccable. I had so many questions (because everything sounded amazing), and David answered each one like he had personally helped prepare every dish in the kitchen. He didn’t just recite descriptions—he painted flavor stories that practically made my mouth water before I even ordered. He recommended the perfect combo of dishes, with the kind of enthusiasm that made me excited to try new things. And spoiler alert: every single one of his recommendations was a 10/10.
